We do not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or directly provide taxi or private hire transportation services.

This website does not take bookings and does not set, quote or guarantee fares. Submitting an enquiry is not a booking. Your booking is made with, and your fare is agreed directly with, the licensed operator you are introduced to. Any reference on this website to fixed fares describes how the operators in our network price their work, not a price offered by Astute Management.

Nature Of Services

The website exists to connect passengers with the licensed transport providers in our network.

Any transportation services ultimately provided are supplied directly by independent taxi operators, private hire companies, or self-employed drivers.

We are not a party to any transportation agreement entered into between users and independent operators or drivers.

Our Network Of Licensed Operators

We do not select operators at random. The businesses we introduce are established local firms we work closely with, in many cases over several years. Many have previously worked with us as clients on other projects, whether we have built or managed their websites, supported their marketing, sent them customer enquiries or provided other business services.

That means we already have a detailed understanding of how they operate, the quality of their service, their professionalism and how they treat their passengers. Our recommendations are based on genuine long-standing commercial relationships and first-hand experience.

Astute Management does not hold a private hire vehicle operator licence and does not claim to. Every operator in our network holds the private hire vehicle operator licence required for the district in which it works, and is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, vehicle standards and driver vetting. You remain free to satisfy yourself as to any operator’s licensing and suitability before you travel.
